Chase Paymentech is currently seeking a Sales Director. The Sales Director will develop and implement business strategies with tactical plans translate leads into net revenue through closing cross selling direct selling initiatives.
This individual contributor will be a key partner in the success of the Chase Paymentech European Operation and will be responsible for:Ensuring major growth of tier 1 merchants in the UKManagement of business relationships including internal support and reporting of progress in their marketplaceDevelopment of process to ensure effective delivery and support to the customer and managing relationships with them to represent Paymentech to its highest professional standardDeveloping an annual sales business plan to translate potential leads into net revenue for Paymentech.Acting as a stakeholder in
the Product Strategy by identifying and developing market needs not addressed by the existing product and service portfolioCultivating revenue through Agency selling to promoting business for Paymentech as a bank and/or payment service providerMaximizing and close cross selling direct selling opportunities.Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

IT equipment is provided to enable remote connection. Although home-based, the role will involve substantial interaction with a colleague support structure in the UK, Dublin and US. You will be involved in weekly 1:2:1 with your direct line manager, weekly sales calls with peers and key stakeholders in the organisation, monthly face to face sales meetings with peers and key stakeholders and there will be sales/product/finance/technical support on the phone and at meetings with merchants.There are many advantages to being a Chase Paymentech employee.
