Sales Director-digital & mobile platform recruitment
As part of a group of digital, on-line media companies, this business has grown rapidly and is entering in to its next stage of development. This has created the need for a sales director to work with the CEO in creating a plan for strategic growth.
This role will lead a multi-channel distribution model with direct sales to large corporate and SMB customers and third party sales through alliance partners. As a leader of a large team (30+) you will set direction, drive targets, explore new markets and deliver strategic growth. With a dynamic media platform this business is offering enticing solutions to advertisers looking to take advantage of the digital and mobile market place. Candidates with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply
- Business to business solutions sales experience. Could be gained in Digital Media, TV, Radio, Mobile or other solutions orientated sales environment
- Hands on direct sales to enterprise level advertisers, ability to develop bespoke solutions and work in partnership in developing large scale marketing campaigns
- Understanding of how to lead motivate large teams selling directly to the SME market
- Indirect sales experience in motivating channel and alliance partners to sell on your behalf
- Exposure to broad commercial issues, ability to be part of a senior management team, comfortable with presenting to external investors
