We have extended our recognized staffing capabilities into the field of Finance and Accounting and are currently looking for a Sales Director. This role reports to the COO and is responsible for driving the overall growth of our Finance and Accounting Division.
The successful candidate will:
- Work with regional Vice Presidents and existing teams to refine strategies for growing Eagle's FA;
- Work with the existing teams to implement the FA strategies to grow contract and permanent placement FA business;
- Assist existing teams with Sales calls
- Assist existing teams with Eagle's recruiting and delivery model
- Where there is no dedicated FA team, provide hands on sales assistance to existing Account Executives to introduce FA to their clients and prospects
- Work with Marketing staff to refine sales and recruiting messages;
- Lead FA RFP responses (on behalf of regional VP's) to win new strategic clients; and,
- Work with HR and Training teams to strengthen and build FA knowledge, expertise and competencies within organization.
The successful candidate will have:
- A proven, successful track record in Sales and/or Recruiting in Finance and Accounting;
- Previous staffing industry experience, preferably with national exposure;
- Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills;
- The ability to work with multiple stakeholders, setting expectations appropriately and manage to those expectations;
- The ability to motivate and coach growth of business unit; and,
- The ability to travel 25-35%.
