Sales Director, Global Assistance Services recruitment
Objective
At a top executive level to plan, develop and implement sales and distribution strategy spanning the business areas from speak about Markets: Automotive Manufacturers, Travel Industry, Financial Institutions and Healthcare (Overseas Student Healthcare) Program, to meet the firm's targets for retention, growth, and profitability and to achieve short and long term sales goals in China.
- Determine appropriate Sales Distribution strategy for the firm in accordance with the Company’s consolidated strategy and required financial and operational targets.
- Determine critical success factors of Sales Distribution strategy, and ensure that adequate management practices exist to ensure required financial and operational targets are achieved.
- Ensure the continued development of the client base by establishing strong relationships with existing and potential clients, customers, partners, key decision- makers, or industry leaders, and by actively managing the expansion of products and services into new markets in line with the Company’s ambitions and capabilities towards Chinese market.
- Lead important, complex, controversial or difficult meetings and negotiations with potential clients and internal stakeholders.
- Direct and support business development team to oversee the negotiation conclusion of contracts with existing and new clients through appropriate propositions, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop teams of managers and professionals in sales and distribution department to ensure team productivity, and the development.
- Manage and control Sales Distribution expense budget (staff, travel entertainment).
Requirements
- Proven Management record, including setting objectives and managing performance.
- Extensive, demonstrable experience in a Senior Sales Director or Business General Management role, over a sustained period of time in either:
- Automotive industry (e.g. cutting-edge strategy, after sales, dealer business in OEM automotive JV company, automotive parts company, etc in China), or
- Financial services (General insurance, Bank…), or
- Travel-related industry in a B2B business model.
- Extensive strategic planning and advanced financial management skills.
- Capable of establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and customers.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, an unquestionable ability to develop and lead successful and dynamic service-focused teams.
- Literacy in both English and Chinese (verbal writing).
- Strong ambition open minded.
