SALES DIRECTOR ITO Job in Mulheim 45468, Nordrhein-Westfalen Germany

ACS Xerox is currently seeking a full-time Sales Director to be based in Germany to become a part of our rapidly growing Sales Team.

 

The Sales Director is responsible for delivering ''New Logo Large Deal '' sales revenue and Account Development for prospects in Europe. The main focus of this position is to bring in new business and new clients.

 

The Sales Director will be expected to;

 

Ø  Achieve sales goals greater that $25 million ARR by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships

Ø  Identify and qualify sales opportunities, providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships

Ø  Negotiates contractual terms and conditions, and works with the solutions/operations/implementation teams to ensure smooth handoffs.

Ø  Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients continuously assessing and communicating how ACS Xerox can meet their needs

Ø  Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.

Ø  Develops and implements sales plans and activities.

Ø  Learns about ACS technologies, keeping up to date with the new Service Portfolio and market trends.

Ø  Completes and submits sales pipeline prospecting and sales tracking reports in a timely fashion.

Ø  Manage a growing team of 8 or more sales staff

Ø  Travels to ACS and client sites as required.

Ø  Adheres to all ACS ethical and professional standards.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

Ø  Experience at the C-level.

Ø  Will be proposing and closing large sales greater that $25 million ARR.

Ø  Will have current ITO Outsourcing experience and knowledge and established relationships and pipelines.

Ø  Fluent German English skills

 

Education and Typical Years of Experience

Ø  University degree or equivalent education and experience.

 

 

The ideal candidate will reside in or near Mulheim, Germany, and have the ability to legally travel globally for sales related business travel.
