You will be responsible for the implementation of sales and marketing strategies to promote an impressive range of engineered precast concrete solutions. You will utilise your sound business acumen, drive, vision and astute marketing ability to develop solid relationships with a customer base and to actively seek opportunities in a market that has ample potential for development.
 
In this role your focus will be to strategically plan, generate and drive the brand exposure by identifying new areas of opportunity in the civil infrastructure sector. You will be directly reporting to the Regional General Manager and be part of a highly professional team, who are committed to growing the company's current market share by providing precast concrete solutions to an impressive audience of civil projects, mining development, commercial construction and infrastructure developments. 
 
To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated with strong technical capabilities, planning and analysis capabilities, contract negotiations and exceptional communication skills. You will have unquestionable interpersonal skills with the ability to talk to people from all facets of the business.  You must also demonstrate a high level of sales experience and proven achievements in a similar role would be highly considered. Tertiary Qualifications in Engineering is essential.
