As part of ongoing growth within the business an opportunity exists for a professional sales person to join the Victorian team. You will be on a highly competitive Base Salary between $55,000 - $65,000 + Super, but is negotiable depending on your relevant experience. In this position you will receive a FMV and a very good Commission Structure. You will be supported by a very knowledgeable Senior Management team who has been in the industry for many years. What you will be doing:
As the Sales Engineer, your main focus will be following up warm business leads that have been generated by word of mouth and the businesses marketing strategy. This role is will see you selling CNC machines to the steel fabrication, ship building, aerospace, defence and mining industries. A technical aptitude would be needed when talking with key decision makers and someone that can solution sell as the sales cycles can be quite lengthy. Ongoing training will be provided so that you can position yourself as the expert.

What you must have to apply for this role:
- A proven track record in sales.
- A successful track record in growing existing accounts.
- Fitter turner background with Sales Experience.
- Good technical knowledge.
You will be highly regarded if you also have:
- Exposure selling CNC machines or CNC tools.
- Contacts within Manufacturing and Industrial markets would be ideal.
