We are looking for an aggressive, high energy, Sales Engineer, with solid relationships in the metal stamping industry, to lead our growth in new business development. This position will appeal to you if you are a highly motivated, self-starter who wants an opportunity to build and grow a career with a company that has an outstanding reputation in the industry.

 

We Offer:

·         A new business development position where you will call on new customers, build relationships and turn leads into business. You will work with engineering to make sure that customers needs are understood and met. You will be expected to attend trade shows and develop new leads. This position will require up to 60% travel.

B.     The ideal candidate will have proven experience and relationships within the metal stamping industry. You should have some technical knowledge of blueprints and tooling. You must have a professional appearance, have exceptional written and verbal communications and be computer savvy. A background in marketing is a plus. You must NOT have an active non-compete.

C.     A driven, aggressive leader who loves developing new business. Someone who is highly organized and knows how to listen and ask the right questions. A problem solver who hears the problem and closes on the solution. Someone who understands selling quality and value.
