- Meet or exceed the business level assigned for the assigned territory through direct sales.
- Submit reports and communications in a timely manner supporting Division's business system requirements.
- Investigate and develop potential application of Flowserve products to increase sales to both existing and new customers.
- Maintain sufficient data and report information as requested by management.
- Communicate with customers' management, various plant and engineering personnel and Flowserve management across Divisions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Required Competencies
- Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience in a technical background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have 5 years of experience with seals, pumps, and related systems.
- 5-10 years of outside sales experience preferred.
- Able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational skills required to manage multiple tasks.
