Qualified applicants must have:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience, in mechanical or electrical engineering.
* Experience growing a territory and prospecting for new customers.
* Awareness to identify customer service requirements.
* Good analytical skillstoexplain and demonstratecostreductions and operationalimprovements.
* Ability to "think outside the box" to develop and implement solutions.
* Willingness to learn and desire to work hard.
* Good Presentation / Organizational skills.
* Ability to engage all levels of an organization (President, Purchasing, Maintenance).
* A consultative selling approach.
* Good interpersonal negotiating skills.
* Desire to earn a six figure income annually.
* Verifiable background.
* Previous experience selling packaging machinery or technical sales is a plus.
* A good driving record, valid driver’s license, and a car. Car allowance is provided.
