We are searching for an energetic, customer oriented technical guru to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will assist new customers with configuring our service offer helpful support during the on-boarding procedure. The SE will be accountable for guaranteeing new customers are successfully executed are capable of configuring their phone systems based on their necessities.
You will become the resident expert on our Office with solid working understanding of our IP hardware, hosted VoIP platform, product features. The capability to solve technical problems, answer questions, help new customers through the setup procedure will be important. As a service expert with exceptional communication abilities, you will also be accountable for writing technical correspondence to customers, other service support reps, communicating feature requests bugs to marketing product teams.
The SE will also develop a solid knowledge of all of our applications, including relevance to business procedures key differentiators. The applicant will also be partaking in the creation of technical documents, how-to guides, training materials, as well as deliver product demos to customers as necessary. The SE will help in 3 main channels – pre-sales consultations, partner support, our Office implementation support as needed.
The most important requirement for a Sales Engineer is that of offering world class, excellent service to our customers. This includes helpfulness, attitude, a willingness to do whatever it takes to guarantee the customers’ questions are answered issues solved in an appropriate timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in C.S. or a mixture of certification/education related skill
- 3 or more years of sales engineering or technical support experience in telecom industry
- Skill with SIP, H.323, telecom, or VoIP is favorable
- Solid creativity initiative applied through technology
- Capability to recognize different technologies offer solutions as it links to our VoIP service
- Solid interpersonal abilities, capability to share express ideas to others
- Capability to troubleshoot common network connectivity, hardware, software issues in multi-protocol, multi-platform atmospheres in installation of our VoIP service
- Energetic vibrant attitude, readiness to perform get things completed
- Demonstrated skill in previous SAS, voice technology skill, or technology space is favorable
- Skill with networking: configurations, layer 2 layer 3 devices, routing, provisioning, etc.
- Exceptional customer service orientation, face-to-face, on the phone to assist remote users
- Solid capability to adapt learn swiftly
- Capability to explore make recommendations to customers for equipment configuration, connectivity, planning specifications as it links to our VoIP service
- Capability to shine in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative atmosphere
- Effective clear communication abilities, both written verbal
