POSITION OVERVIEW
Adknowledge, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to take full responsibility for the functionality of the Social channel. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing and developing technology, including:
- Provide technical support for direct advertisers.
- Assist Account Executives and Account Managers in resolving technical issues.
- Be the primary technical liaison between the Social channel and the company’s other technical groups.
- Assist larger advertisers with the installation of the API
- Provide both pre-sales and post sales technical support.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal resources to resolve them.
- Technical project management and system integration
- Develop reporting tools for campaign management.
- Interacting with internal and external customers to ensure continuous customer satisfaction, and modifying plans and processes when necessary to maintain reliability and performance.
CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Social team and have the following qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in the online advertising or Internet industry.
- Technical sales/support experience
- Basic software engineering background with Internet experience.
- Basic knowledge of a variety of web-based applications
- Familiarity with a database, such as SQL Server or MySQL.
- Demonstrated understanding of how technology groups are run, including an understanding of development processes, software development lifecycle, etc.
- An aptitude or experience in applied mathematics or statistics
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- High energy, strong team player, and a creative thinker
