Sales Estimator
- Insurance Restoration -
Sales Estimator needed to scope residential and commercial fire and water losses in Southern California and estimate these damages with Xactimate / Sketch. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can market, write, and sell!
You must be able to estimate projects of any size, commercial or residential and have 3-5 years’ experience in the restoration industry. The perfect candidate needs to be presentable and communicate well to all parties. Limited travel may be required to help out other offices as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
- Must have current or previous employment with an insurance restoration company
- Proficiency in Xactimate (Sketch is preferred)
- Strong communication relationship skills (customer and employees)
The position offers a competitive base salary of $60K - $80K (commensurate with experience) plus bonuses. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including medical insurance, 401(k), holidays, and plenty of other incentives!
