Position Objective
Qualified candidates will be responsible for generating new business and expanding current licensing within existing accounts. Successful candidates will be skilled at prospecting and qualifying direct sales opportunities with a history of performing against goals.

Major Responsibilities:
•Identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities
•Generate new sales and expanding current licensing within existing accounts.
•Manage sales cycle and development of high level relationships
•Work as a member of the North American sales team
•Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices

Communication:
•Provide consultative services to assigned region conduct demonstration test drives and keep customers abreast of new releases.
•Product Feedback: Provide input for subsequent product releases for enhancement and/or maintenance fixes.
•Possess the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams including inside sales, sales operations, service and customer care.

•Track the progress and status of your customers on an on-going basis to ensure customer satisfaction and assure that committed schedules are met.

Requirements:

Experience:
•4-year college degree or equivalent in business management experience.
•2-3 years’ experience in software sales strongly preferred.
•Meet and exceed quotas selling a technical solution.
•The ability to present a meaningful ROI presentation to justify the cost of your product
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•A minimum of 2-3 years of Business Management experience.
•Prior experience in selling multiple products and solutions.
•Prefer experience in the collision repair industry.
•PC literate Skill set: ability to execute and follow through to complete sales objectives and targets as prescribed by Executive management. Ensure schedules and agreed-upon sales territory execution plans are followed with a core focus on:
•Ability to maintain a highly motivated work ethic focusing on customers and sales objectives
•Exhibit solution selling disciplines and process control in all phases of daily work assignments.
•Strong presentation skills.
•Display considerable independence while meeting corporate sales objectives.
•Capable of simultaneously managing multiple sales clients, opportunities, and assignments.
•Hold an appropriate degree of analytical skill required to create contracts.
•Exhibit change management skills and continuous improvement behaviors.
•Excel under stress.
•Possess the ability to interact with diverse clients and personalities.
•Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
