Established company is looking for a skilled sales individual to help grow it’s new business. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated and success driven. An ability to deliver continual business growth and a track record of delivering to targets in the SMB IT solutions market is important.

 

The ideal candidate will currently be working within a IT Technical Sales Support, Account Management or Sales role. The company is also keen to attract interest from freelance or mature sales executives with a track record of delivering to targets. Applicants should be able to demonstrate an ability to listen, add value and prove their worth within their existing role.

 

Applicants must be able to demonstrate general business acumen and an ability to recognise and qualify customer needs. Also, an ability to develop those needs into value added quality solutions is essential.

 

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with drive and must be able to adapt to a challenging and dynamic environment.

 

The individual must be able to work with minimal supervision. The role requires the individual to manage their tasks and to work with a busy and highly skilled I.T technical solutions team.

 

The role requires someone with good interpersonal and communications skills. An ability to empathise and explain technical jargon to customers who are not I.T literate is essential.

An appreciation of key technologies such as Windows, Unix, Virtualisation, Storage, network infrastructures would be useful.

The scope of this role will be limited to the East Midlands area.

Salary will depend on experience and track record.
