Who You Are:
This outbound sales-driven position is responsible for increasing prospective revenue opportunities and achieving assigned sales quota. The SE identifies potential revenue opportunities through aggressive outbound sales techniques that focus on the development of new or emerging revenue streams that lead to maximized sales. The SE will also help convert leads sourced transferred from our frontline sales team and marketing team. The SE will be involved in client negotiations, pricing agreements and the request for proposal process. Main focus will be to secure more locked-in revenue agreements (subscriptions, annual contracts, etc) and managing the ‘deal desk’ process for the Unassigned Account sales team. Requires strong negotiation skills and established knowledge of all Getty Images products services (API, subscriptions, etc.). Works collaboratively with peers to ensure achievement of revenue goals.
Your Next Challenge:
- Identifies through market and customer profiling high potential revenue opportunities. Hunt for new customer revenue.
- Responsible for contributing toward achievement of team revenue goals.
- Focus on solutions based selling; packaging preferred pricing bulk-content delivery options (API).
- Understands Getty Image products and services. Leverages these products and services to build new segment customer relationships and develop valuable revenue opportunities.
- Responsible for client contract negotiations for performance-based price agreements.
- Being proactive with sales management to actively review accounts for creative and innovative ways to grow the business.
- Partnering with other business partners (such as Finance and Sales Operations) to look for more effective ways to execute and deliver to the business as well as customers.
- Responsible for working with team members to increase sales for the department.
- Entering customer information into the Customer Relationship Management system.
What You'll Need:
- BA or AA preferred - Business related degree a plus.
- 3+ years experience in a fast paced corporate environment, paralegal experience helpful, sales experience preferred.
- Previous experience in sales environment negotiation deals contracts.
- Solid understanding of computer applications (Windows, Excel, Word, Email, and Internet).
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of settings and styles.
- Professional telephone manner.
