Sales Executive (Inbound/Outbound)

Our client, a leading Luxury Retail Company based in South-West London, are looking to recruit a charismatic, enthusiastic sales candidate to join their growing team. Working in a fantastic office with 20+ FTE, this role has become available solely due to the growth and success of the company to this point.

Our client offer a range of specialised products and target the luxury market, whilst still remaining aspirational to the larger target audience. Mainly a Web-based business, the company also attract potential new customers through catalogues and are a huge name in the premium market. Due to their success, they require an extra employee to join their small sales team.

Dealing with both inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for converting interest into sales, and for introducing the company's new products to both new and existing customers. A customer-focused role, the service/experience you provide the company's clientèle is as important as the sales figures you hit, as they are focusing on going the extra mile for the customer to differentiate themselves from their rivals. You will be speaking with high-net worth individuals, and sales can range from £50 to £50,000.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Handling 40+ daily inbound calls from customers, converting general interest into sales
- Making outbound calls to new and existing clients to generate new business
- Building lasting relationships with clients (friendly manner, call-backs, etc) to ensure repeat business

In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have the following:

- Articulate telephone manner
- Hunger/drive to succeed

Previous sales experience is desirable, however not essential. If you are from a strong customer service background but possess the qualities listed above, this role/environment would be perfect for you.

Our client offer a fantastic basic salary of £25,000 plus the chance to earn up to an extra £20,000 per annum in commission.
