Currently, Explorica is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our International team! An SE is responsible for the selling of educational tours for students, achieving or exceeding sales goals by soliciting past business and prospecting new business while leveraging incentives and promotions. SEs must maintain competitive sales numbers and call time. The SE is responsible for nurturing and retaining relationships with Group Leaders to foster repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish. The Inside Sales Executive reports directly to a Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- A bachelor degree preferred
- A minimum of one year progressive inside sales experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to work with all levels of employees and customers in a diplomatic and professional manner
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new software products a must
- Ability to travel to attend Explorica Tours for product development, conventions and trade shows
- Ability to multi-task projects and responsibilities and strong prioritization skills
