Main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Build and work through a pipeline of regionally segmented North American clients looking for solutions across the 75 countries in which TMF has a presence
  • Be able to work with colleagues from around the world in the creation and submission of proposals
  • Acquire and coordinate the preparation of RFI’s and RFP’s working closely with the sales support, when necessary
  • Champion cross-sales opportunities and through-sales potential
  • Drive superior sales and market share growth within the country through an intense focus on priorities as well as strategic use of competitive knowledge, superior selling skills, and strong business acumen
  • Build and maintain strong client and feeder relationships

 

Skills

 

We are looking for self-starting candidates with a hands on approach, strong consultative sales negotiation skills and with the ability to work independently, detect right opportunities and intuitively know when to follow a lead.

 

An established network either in Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco or Toronto and knowing the market/clients as well as understanding the complexity of the financial services industry are a must.

 

Background and education

 

•           University degree, preferably with MBA

•           Language skills

•           Understands the concept of selling solutions
