To proactively prospect new customers in accordance with line management guidelines in order to increase business within your region.
CUSTOMER RETENTION
To assist current customers in a polite and professional manner in order to maintain our customer base.
DELIVER EFFECTIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
To communicate effectively at all times to both internal and external customers.
DATA ENTRY
To ensure the accurate entry of all data on the Sales system.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
To understand the products and services available to the Customer
