Requirement
Due to exceptional demand for our services we are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to work in our Dublin office. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast growing organization. Our ideal candidate should be firm in their belief that successful sales to the target market can be achieved through aggressive cold calling and follow through. This position is primarily a sales position, selling middle and back office services to Chief Financial Officers (CFO’s) and Chief Operating Officers (COO’s) within the alternative investment industry (i.e. hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity funds, managed accounts and real estate funds)
The successful candidate should possess the following:
• A bachelors degree or equivalent education or experience in direct field sales within the alternative investment industry.
• A strong understanding of middle and back office trading and support operations within the alternative investment industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, organisational and selling skills
• Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers
• A network of contacts within the alternative investment industry
• A proven talent for making effective cold calls to target new business within the alternative investment industry
• Proven expertise in developing relationships from cold calls
• A strong work ethic
• The ability to meet extensive travel requirements to London and Europe
Preference will be given to candidates who have:
- An impressive network of contacts within the alternative investment industry
- A desire to make sales calls directly on fund managers
- A proven ability to achieve or surpass sales objectives
