Brief Summary of Responsibilities
The Sales Team are considered crucial to the growth and continued success of Algorithmics and its need to retain its global market position. Each member of the Sales team has responsibility for both developing and growing the business and for the sales potential across his/her specific allocated territory.
Main Duties:
Prospect Identification within assigned territory and named accounts (assisted by marketing). Territory is Russia and CIS)
Establishment of contact with appropriate prospect executives
Build professional relationships with prospects and existing clients
Mounting sales campaign with support of Marketing within designated accounts
Bid managing response to RFIs and RFPs
Co-ordination of appropriate resources as part of the sales process (Client Services, Algorithmics executives etc.)
Achieving annual sales target by selling of Algorithmics software, consultancy and training services
Negotiating (with management approval) client contracts and licences
Prepare quotations according to the list price for all Algorithmics software to clients. (with management approval)
Ensure and maintain Customer satisfaction with clients mindful of the annual maintenance paid by clients
Account managing client during project implementation with Client Services and ensuring client payments are received
Achieving follow on/up selling into account base of new products and services
Working with colleagues in other territories to achieve global sales
Skills Expertise Required
Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience selling complex solutions and products to the financial services industry in the appropriate territory
Good knowledge of risk management and the financial industry
Good customer contacts and account knowledge in appropriate territory
Experience in winning new accounts as well as all aspects of account management and add-on sales into existing client base
Strong customer facing skills
Strong presentation skills
Strong writing skills
Fit in with Algo team and culture
Fluent Russian and good command of English, written and spoken
Willingness to travel and work where, when and as long as required
Other languages would be a bonus
Compensation:
Base salary dependent on experience
Attractive on target earnings which are not capped and performance triggered
