Sales Executive recruitment
Cigna Health, Life Accident (Cigna HLA) has sales offices in six countries UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany and Sweden. Cigna LAH Europe is headquartered in London. In these countries Cigna is active in Health, Life Accident Insurance and distributes products through brokers and agents, direct sales forces, direct marketing, telemarketing, banc-assurance and distribution alliances with major financial institutions.
In order to continue and increase the growth in revenue in Europe, Cigna is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to lead the Business Development in Scandinavia. The position will be based in central Stockholm.
Job Description
- Achieve group/individual new sales goals through effectively maintaining existing business partners and developing new ones per approved plans
- Develop strong and influential relationships with key decision makers
- Develop and implement profitable campaigns under annual plan and ensure all sales and marketing activity is conducted through a thoughtful and well-executed plan
- Work closely with TM team call center heads/leaders to ensure effective implementation of telemarketing sales and marketing activities
- Constantly and systematically consolidate field and competitor information to advise Regional Managers and the Head of Business Development on market developments
Requirements
- Sales-profile with demonstration of a portfolio builder and the capacity to capture and close business with high-level client contacts in different markets of different maturity
- Strong successful experience in sophisticated consultative sales in the insurance industry preferably Life, Accident and Health; it is key to be able to build new business partner relationships and potential strategic alliance partners
- Ideally experienced in service industry with a consultative approach
- Ideally consumer marketing understanding (B to B to C)
- Experience in working in a US based organisation with exposure to international business and teams
- College graduated or above
- Fluent in English and Swedish
