Posted Position Title: Sales Force Effectiveness Territory Analytics Manager Career Level: Experienced Function Sales Function Segment: Outside Sales Support Location: United States U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces: Ohio City: Kettering Postal Code: 45420-1469 Relocation Assistance Yes Essential Responsibilities - Leverage store performance data from retail partners to understand customer propensities and derive/refine customer strategy; create acquisition strategies to drive incremental growth - Create cross portfolio relationships to develop integrated solutions to grow sales and profits - Develop and launch mathematical targeting models which deliver the most effective sales strategies across RF portfolios - Act as a strategy and analytic consultant for large-scale field sales initiatives (contests, market strategies and best practice) - Develop and maintain adherence reporting for visitations and touches, leveraging predictive modeling to enhance sales engagement - Lead and prioritize workload of US based and offshore analysts to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of marketing analytics and MIS reporting - Evaluate client reporting to develop synergies across portfolios and reduce variation of data delivery Qualifications/Requirements: - Bachelors degree - 3+ years leadership role managing a team or leadership in a matrix environment - 3+ years experience providing wing-to-wing analytic support including data integration and analysis, - Demonstrated ability to develop data based strategic recommendations to Sr Management YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SATISFY THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 19 OF THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT Eligibility Requirements - All applications for employment must be submitted through either www.gecareers.com (external) or the Career Opportunity System (COS-Internal) to be considered - You must be 18 years or older - You must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process - You must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process - You must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
