We currently have an opening for a Sales Representative in our Customer Service Center. The ideal candidate must be sales driven, who knows how to close and loves selling!
This position is responsible for selling Tuff Shed provided wholesale products and services. The person hired for this position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers and partners, in order to achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objectives of Tuff Shed.

Courteously and professionally communicates and corresponds with customers and partners via inbound and outbound calls, and emails.
Accurately track and report customer leads and sales via spreadsheet and JD Edwards.
Follows up with customer leads via the phone or email within 24 hours of receiving lead information.
Keep current of promotions, products, procedures and policies provided by management through email, verbal notice, and/or the communications board.
Participates in sales contests, attends and participates in team meetings and provide feedback on the topics discussed.
2 years of call center and/or customer service experience.
2 years of sales experience from direct sales, internet or phone sales.
Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Call Center experience a PLUS
Proficient in Word and Excel
Knowledge of JD Edwards preferred, but not required
Ability to work weekends and nights.
Minimum education of a High School Diploma or GED
Must successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
