Sales is a huge part of being a Recruitment Consultant, so we are looking for individuals who have 1 - 4 years sales experience (gained in any industry), self-motivated, comfortable on the phone, and driven to succeed by building relationships between our Clients and Candidates.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to demonstrate a track record of success in a completive direct sales environment
- Have experience in a commercial environment, but more importantly will have a competitive and positive attitude.
- Possess resilience to overcome objections and have a persuasive nature.
- 2:1 Graduate or of graduate calibre ( Ideally hold Finance, Economics, IT, Accounting or Business Degree
- Ambitious
- Possess the confidence and communication skills to liaise with people across all levels
- Self starter
- Comfortable speaking to Candidates / Clients face to face and over the phone
- Highly driven
- Results focused and enthusiastic individuals who demonstrate problem solving and strong communication skills.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will:
- Generate a network of candidates via headhunting, advertising, and networking
- Oversee the entire interview process, maintaining solid relationships and providing attention to detail at all times,
- Contacting new clients and managing existing client.
- Use your negotiation skills to agree the best possible solution for both your client and candidate
- Taking vacancy details
- Brief candidates on roles and prepare them for interviews
- Generating revenue through placements.
