Arctic Chiller- Sales Representative
Job Description
• Visit with existing accounts to introduce new products, encourage sales from inactive accounts, solicit referrals
• Network with the representatives of our distributors to develop new business opportunities, attend trade shows, marketing meetings, encourage lead generation.
• Prepare mock up bottles to provide customized samples to prospective buyers
• Facilitate periodic ride-alongs with Sales Team/Manager to develop selling techniques
• Provide feedback on competitive activity, special pricing initiatives and incentives from competing distributors and suppliers
• Provide formal weekly report of sales activity, commission report, mileage report, and other pertinent data
Job Requirements
• Preferred candidates should have sales background and/or be fully capable to cold call on a daily-ongoing basis
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and display a professional image in representing Arctic Chiller
• Must have computer access and the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing and have basic computer skills in word, excel and outlook, in addition must have the ability to conduct overnight travel
• Possess the following attributes in order to succeed: self-motivation, determination, efficiency minded, and is flexible to match selling efforts with market conditions.
• Compensation includes base salary, commission
• Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30AM to 5PM, available to attend trade shows evenings and weekends as scheduled
• Blue Cross Health/Dental Plan available after 90-days continuous employment
