Job Summary:

In this position, you will manage all stages of the sales process and will actively manage the evaluation and presentation of our product and service offerings.  You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.  This is a new and exciting position for the right person.  Experience in equipment and technology sales, color digital printing, or graphics/signage sales is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Display knowledge of strategic and consultative selling

·         Educate yourself on our products and the industries we serve

·         Make technical presentations and demonstrate how our products meets client needs

·         Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education

·         Present our products at conferences and seminars

·         Offer after-sales support services to include training and user adoption

·         Demonstrate and convey customer benefits to customer management teams

·         Able to meet sales goals and report on progress

·         Analyze monthly sales results and take corrective action

·         Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products

·         Responsible for administrative tasks that will include maintenance and input of customer data into SalesForce.com, commission reporting, ad hoc reporting and customer setup paperwork.

·         Establish and maintain a strong working bond between Sales, Account Services, Operations and Software Development, focused on the customer.

Job Requirements

·         Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the services based industry or equivalent.

·         2+ years relevant experience with proven track record in business to business sales

·         Experience with Printer/Copier Systems selling would be a significant advantage

·         Experience with graphics, graphic design and digital printing is a plus

·         Experience with Web Ordering Systems, Collaboration or Project Management technologies is a plus

·         Experience with Microsoft software and a Contact Management Systems (Example: SalesForce)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary

·         Strong computer skills and basic knowledge of graphic design software is required

·         Bachelors degree is preferred

·         Must be able to travel to client accounts in the assigned territory.
