Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger Assistant to join a Camberley based client on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Reconciliation's Sales Ledger Manager the successful candidate will enjoy working within a friendly finance team based in modern offices in Camberley. AAT study support will be available to the successful candidate.
Duties within the role will include:
- Fully reconcile allocated bank accounts
- Post all entries to the correct accounts
- Investigate un-reconciled items
- Identify overdue customer balances and work with the credit control team to get queries resolved
- Maintain the correct information on the database
- Run weekly debtor reports
The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working in a finance team or credit control department. You will also have excellent communication skills, be computer literate and be a strong team player.
AAT study support and ongoing development will be offered to the successful candidate.
