Sales Ledger Manager
A leading property company in London is now looking for a Sales Ledger Manager to help cover maternity leave for up to 12 months.
Supervising one and reporting into the Finance Manager, this position requires someone with experience using ECS/Qube and has good all round experience within Sales Ledge and Credit Control.
The main objectives of this role are to:
Maintain ECS unit and property records
To check tenant leases entered onto ECS by Lettings team
Complete tenant vacation/finals process on ECS
Monitor and report on accuracy and consistency of ECS PPMS data
Ensure non charge occupations are justified or resolved
Manage Billings Administrator
Training on PPMS Lease Input
The ideal candidate will have:
Intermediate Excel skills
Good data keying speed and accuracy
Good understanding of ECS/Qube PPMS database structure
Able to accurately follow complex procedures involving extensive use of ECS PPMS and spreadsheets
Able to interpret reports, investigate and problem solve
Appreciation of the principles of change control and database management
Fast but methodical work style
Good (internal) customer service skills and attitude
Some staff management experience
