* Sales / Lettings Negotiator
* Dubai, UAE
* £50,000 - £200,000 OTE, tax free

The ideal Sales / Lettings Negotiator will possess the following skills and experience:
• Substantial experience in a similar role, either as a Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lettings Agent Property Sales Consultant or similar within a corporate Estate Agency
• A demonstrable track record in sales
• Excellent communication skills, punctuality and work ethic
• The freedom to relocate to Dubai, including financial independence. Typical cost of relocating is around £5,000
• A full, clean, UK Driving Licence
The Sales / Lettings Negotiator role will include the following responsibilities:
• Sourcing properties, buyers and sellers to further grow and develop the company's success
• Providing a quality service and international expertise
• Continually striving to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction
