The brand new flagship, 5000 sq ft open plan super-office of this established Dubai Sales Lettings Agency is looking to bolster its 37-strong team with a further five experienced Sales Lettings Negotiators by January 2012. This British-owned business can offer you the opportunity to earn more money than ever before.
TITLE: Sales Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agent
LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
SALARY: £50,000 - £120,000 OTE (the top consultant in 2010 earned £121,000 tax free). Sales Negotiators get 50% commission on all fees!

As a Sales Lettings Negotiator, you will work in a team with your OWN Personal Assistant, based from beautiful new offices with a fast paced environment, staff break-out area, a PS3 and TVs for relaxation time! The successful Sales Lettings Negotiator will possess:
- Substantial experience as a Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent / Property Sales Consultant / Lettings Agent / Letting Negotiator or similar title
- Experience with a large corporate Estate Agency / Lettings Agency (such as Countrywide, Haart, Foxtons, etc.) is favourable
- Financial independence - the typical cost of relocating and subsidising accommodation etc. is around £5,000 (Relocation Assistance is also offered for accommodation or flight, bank account set-up, preferential car rates, etc.)
- A full, clean Driving Licence
Your success as a Sales Lettings Negotiator / Estate Agent will be aided by the company's SEO enhanced website, advertising on more than 10 property portals, extensive print advertising and sale signs.
