Heritage Business Systems, Inc. – An Authorized Canon Imaging Solution Partner has a full time Managed Print Sales Coordinator position available.  Our Managed Print Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales of Manage Print Contracts and supporting the Imaging Sales Team in achieving the monthly as well as annual targets also operates with management and clients to determine business requirements.

 

Our Managed Print Sales Coordinator is instrumental in ensuring focused and productive communication with new and existing clients.  Our Managed Print Sales Coordinator resolves all complex inquiries from the clients to ensure customer satisfaction and is also responsible for different kinds of administrative functions essential for every day operation of the process towards fulfillment of the company offers.

 

Duties:

1-      Maintain a healthy relationship with existing clients as well as building relationships with new clients.

2-      Responsible for seeing the deal through from start to finish. (contract, entry, tagging, audit installation, customer project review)

3-      Compile monthly, weekly, daily sales analysis.

4-      Collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and accounting the information in order to increase productivity of sales.

5-      Liaison between admin and sales.

6-      Assisting in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by the senior management.

Salary Range: 35,000 to 45,000
