SALES MANAGEMENT – DIRECTOR / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR recruitment

You will support markets heads and be responsible for maintaining and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process in reaching sales and revenue objectives. You will identify sales opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve asset and sustainable revenue growth. You will co-ordinate a wide range of product partners and stakeholders to deliver consistent product offerings and services as well as identifying and implementing pricing improvement opportunities. Lastly you will support management to cultivate the growth potential of their markets and clients book, providing facts and figures to support the sales process.

To be considered, you will be a university graduate with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ideally, you would have previous Private Banking experience as a Client Advisor, Desk Head of Branch Manager with excellent Sales / presentation / strategic skills. Lastly, you should be able to work independently on multiple initiatives, projects and products with high level of complexity. Fluency in English is a must and Chinese (Cantonese and / or Mandarin) would be preferred.
