Sales Manager – Financial Services recruitment
In addition, you will train and manage new and existing franchisees, assist Senior Executives in cultivating the business, and support our forward-thinking corporate culture. You will report directly to the Founder/CEO and will be positioned to quickly become a key-player in the organization.
As Sales Manager you will be exclusively charged with increasing our existing franchise business, as well as training both new and current team members and supporting the organic growth of our existing franchise offices. You will manage and motivate our outstanding team of Retirement Estate Planning Specialists; communicating via weekly group video webinars, monthly producer meetings and one-on-one interaction. You will be responsible to lead and inspire our representatives, while holding them accountable to both their individual franchise goals and our corporate goals. In addition, you will assist in the onboarding and training of new Franchisees and will join in the administration team’s collaborations, contributing significantly to the overall increase in business productivity and profitability. You will travel annually (driving and/or flying) to each franchisee location to perform mandatory corporate and FINRA audits.
Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Services, Sales or other related experience and proven success in the field of selling financial services products: Annuities, Mutual Funds, Life Insurance, Long Term Care and Disability Income. Must be able to demonstrate success with a positive track record in sales development, product training, and sales management, including the ability to build, stimulate and drive a high caliber sales team. In addition to the experience outlined above, you must have the following licenses: Life/Health Insurance, Securities Series 6, 63, 65 26 or higher; Series 24 is a plus.
