Sales Manager – Office Products Job in Toronto, Ontario Canada

Chase Consultants is Canada’s premier IT Sales and Marketing Search Firm. Our Client is a leading international provider of office products. We are presently seeking a Sales Manager for their Toronto area office.

 

Compensation includes an attractive salary, plus commissions, bonuses and full benefits.

 

In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing the activities of your sales team by planning, organizing and directing all the sales operations and activities within a geographic region. You will also create, execute and implement business plans and strategies, to deliver office products and services solutions to your client base. You will effectively manage sales incentives, career development and reporting mechanisms, motivating the sales force to meet and exceed revenue targets

 

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years successful sales experience in IT office products and services solutions

·         Experience in a sales management role

·         The ability to open doors at the C- level

·         Strong executive relationship-building skills; excellent team-building skills.

·         A post-secondary degree or equivalent is required.
