Job Purpose:

The individual will be fully accountable for the formulation, implementation delivery of the UK Retail Citibank at Work strategy business.

Significant exposure to senior colleagues across multiple business areas and geographies role holder is expected to be able to interact influence at a senior level.

Job Background/context:

This individual will be a direct report to the Head of Sales Distribution and will be part of the Sales Distribution leadership team. They will be the direct Line Manager for the Corporate Relationship Managers and Client Liaison Officers.

The individual will have significant direct interaction with corporate clients at a senior level, as well as with the other members of the UK Consumer leadership group. There will also be significant interaction with colleagues within other functional teams and business areas in both UK and other territories, especially in the formulation execution of strategic priorities.

As the primary acquisition channel for UK Retail this role is pivotal in the future growth and success of the UK Retail Wealth management business.

This role will provide the opportunity to run a business from formulation of strategy through to execution measured in financial results. A role that allows a significant degree of business (UK/EMEA and Global) interaction as part of the CAW global proposition, thus a high degree of inter-market knowledge and experience should result. In addition the level of required intra-department exposure will establish a significant level of knowledge of other Citi operations. There is significant scope to develop a range of skills with regard to customer service and relationship management and sales techniques.
