The Manager in Training will be responsible for the following:
Operational Management and Customer Service
Sales Initiatives
Employee Relations
Health and Safety
Administrative/Reporting
Product Merchandising
Financial and Inventory Management
Human Resources
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
2 years Retail experience in a Management or Supervisory capacity.
Experience with a large department store or grocer industry is an asset.
Solid organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
Flexible schedule that is able to change with operational demands.
Strong computer skills (POS, MS Office, Outlook).
