Job Responsibilities
The Manager in Training will be responsible for the following:
Operational Management and Customer Service
Sales Initiatives
Employee Relations
Health and Safety
Administrative/Reporting
Product Merchandising
Financial and Inventory Management
Human Resources

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
2 years Retail experience in a Management or Supervisory capacity.
Experience with a large department store or grocer industry is an asset.
Solid organizational skills and proven ability to handle multiple priorities.
Flexible schedule that is able to change with operational demands.
Strong computer skills (POS, MS Office, Outlook).
