Sales Manager
Our client is one of the biggest independent estate agents and is looking for a Sales Manager to take over one of their busy offices in South West. Working knowledge of South West London is highly desireable but not essential.
Previous experience of working as a Sales Manager within a reputable estate agents is however essential. You will also need to show success in winning new business with innovative marketing ideas. You will need to be able to demonstrate your understanding of running a successful estate agency and ways to develop/progress the office into the future.
The right candidate will be a creative, determined individual with excellent experience of leading and motivating a successful sales team and training new staff within an estate agency framework; be very customer focused and impeccably presented.
Package:
Basic: £28k-30k
OTE: £50k
Company Car
Mon - Fri 9am - 6.30pm, Sat 10am - 4pm. (Working 5 or 6 day weeks)
Full driving licence essential for this role.
