General Sales Manager (Motor Trade - Main Dealership) - Crawley
We are currently recruiting for a driven and experienced General Sales Manager for our client's main Car dealership in Crawley.
Details:
This position is for a very busy and established main dealer site within the area so the individual must be a proven Car Sales Manager with a solid career history. You will be overseeing a busy sales department and all of it's staff while reporting directly to the General Manager.
Your remit will be to achieve/exceed set targets, improve CS scores, manage a settled sales team and deliver reports on the department as and when needed.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of both New Used Vehicles sales and bring a process driven attitude.
The position is with a very reputable brand so the right individual can come from either a prestige car sales management or volume car sales management role.

Requirements:
You must have experience within Retail Car Sales Management though we will look at either general sales managers, new car sales manager or used car sales managers. It's all about the right managerial fit.
Salary is up to 30k basic with an on target earnings of at least 50k plus excellent benefits.
