Job Description: Are you a closer? Do you consider yourself to be in the top 3%? Do you know how to lead and develop a Sales Team? Real Estate Law Firm is in a immediate need for a Sales/Office Manager to lead their team. Must be bilingual Spanish and come from the Real Estate or Mortgage Industry. The duties of position include: Maintain Customer Relations Representative's Pipelines Schedules. Meet with Customer Relations Representatives to discuss production which includes; Inbound and Outbound phone calls with a target of 50 inbound /outbound calls per day. Maintain pipelines updated per Customer Relations Representative's sales volume, Put recorded calls in client folders, Punctual Attendance Mandatory, Hold weekly meetings with Customer Relations Representative's. Retainers checks to go to Accounting. Meet with clients as needed. Ensure that SX3 is detailed notes are well documented to protect the firm. You will have the ability to terminate / write up with management approval. Meet with Management as needed regarding production employees. Position pays 36,000.00 annually plus commission!
