Sales Manager - Nashville, TN
Position Summary:
Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service. Primary qualifications are to teach and reinforce behaviors that results in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service. To also coordinate and manage all store operations as well as develop associates to achieve results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous supervisory experience in a retail or service industry
Preferred:
- Previous retail experience in a selling environment
- Ability to coach store associates to achieve store results
- The ability to effectively manage store operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Decision Making: bases ideas, positions, or judgments on available facts
- Planning: identifies action steps needed to accomplish team objectives
