Business: Institutional Client Department

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities:

1. Develop the business plan/marketing strategy for institutional clients in Hong Kong, Taiwan and Southeast region, with a focus on QFII and RQFII clients;

2. Build high quality client relationships with new and existing contacts/prospects and consultants;

3. Monitor the performance of client portfolios in order to maintain client satisfaction and stay aware of their needs, the market trends, and possible product demand;

4. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the business including contributing to the production of RFP and presentations;

5. Represent our product to clients and attend important events in the relevant market places;

 

Requirements:

1. 2+ years’ experience of institutional sales in Asia pacific region, proven sales track record in mutual fund and insurance segment;

2. Broad based knowledge/experience in the asset management industry in Asia; a successful experience with a top name would be a plus;

3. Master degree from US or European top universities, bachelor degree from top universities in Mainland China;

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, drive and performance-oriented with a high level of tenacity and initiative;

5. Good command of English and Mandarin, both speaking and writing.
