Sales Manager - Manhattan, NY
Position Summary:
Establish and maintain an environment to support Easy Sales and Service. Primary qualifications are to teach and reinforce behaviors that results in managers and associates delivering Easy Sales and Service. To also coordinate and manage all store operations as well as develop associates to achieve results.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise, recruit, train, develop, coach and communicate with all associates and managers as well as assess performance
- Effectively coordinate manage sales activities
- Stay current on new technologies and ensure associate understanding
- Ensure a positive customer experience
- Achieve store level earnings and goals
- Ensure company presentations standards are met
- Supervise store security and safety
- Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One year of previous supervisory experience in a retail or service industry
- Bilingual in Spanish
Preferred:
- Previous retail experience in a selling environment
- Ability to coach store associates to drive sales and profitability objectives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
