Sales Manager

We are looking for a high energy Sales Manager who will undertake leadership responsibilities to develop and grow the adoption of wireless intelligent power saving concepts for industrial lighting and street lights. The target customers include utilities, towns/municipalities, LED lighting companies, malls, manufacturing plants and all industries and applications that are lighting intensive. Responsibilities include direct as well as channel sales starting from the selection and support of new sales channels.  The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales and engineering background with experience selling to one or more of the target markets.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Experience: 5-7  years selling technology solutions.

·         Education: Engineering or Business qualifications at college level.

·         Should have a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.

·         Must have strong business acumen, initiative, excellent judgment, and passion to excel in whatever he/she does.

·         Should be a team player.

·         Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Develop new accounts in the target market, internationally.

·         Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to promote the benefits of the technology.

·         Locate and fill out RFPs.

·         Provide frequent updates to management on progress
