Sales Manager (Business Solutions) – IT Consulting Firm recruitment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must have a proven track record in selling solutions

• Knowledge of Infrastructure Solutions like datacentre is much preferred

• Work with the sales team to conceptualize and deliver the appropriate business value to prospective customers during the sales cycle

• Methodical, focused, educated and articulate but the most important thing is that you have the ability to close

• Covering Singapore and part of APAC as well as selling into the main accounts that they have won contracts with South East Asia

REQUIREMENTS:

• Full of initiatives, resourceful, independent, ability to work under tight schedule

• Degree qualified / Diploma in Engineering or / and Sales Marketing

• 5+ years experiences in leading a team and business development for a high achiever organization

• Will consider a combination or focus from all industries including but not limited to financial, government, system integrator, Transportation and manufacturing etc.

• Dynamic, outspoken, excellent presentation skills, draft winning business proposals, and negotiate with customers’ key executives to win significant sales orders

• Track records of success in developing effective key business plans to achieve agreed business targets and objectives

• Track records of success in account management and identify new sales opportunities and building appropriate strategies to increase revenue and growth in market share

• Strong business acumen, strategic, consultative approach in client engagement

• Individuals with experiences in Mechanical Electrical in relation to Data Centre (DC) / Critical Facility Environment will be advantageous.
