Sales Manager- Corporate Treasury recruitment
Seeking an exceptional, highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with direct work experience in selling big-ticket technology solutions into Financial Departments of Corporates. Technology Solutions include Market Data, Valuations and Pricing.
• Identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established and defined territory (US) ;
• Manage the development and execution of the prospecting plan for new accounts;
Skills Requirements:
• 5 – 8 years Sales and Account Management experience
• Equity expertise in private banking in United States territory.
• Strong contact throughout corporations private banks. Strong contacts throughout the financial services industry including buy-side and the sell-side;
• A proven record for motivating a sales team focused on selling complex solutions and services at all levels;
• Experience of having sold sophisticated technological solutions to Corporations and private banking industry. Knowledge of derivatives across asset classes including foreign exchange, equities, interest rates, commodities and credit risk derivatives is a very distinct advantage
• Establish an aggressive account development and retention strategy for complex solutions
• Work to develop a deep pipeline of new accounts in each target sector of the financial services industry (buy-side and sell-side);
• Demonstrated ability to accelerate the sale process: generating leads, managing the quote process, overcoming objections, "quarterbacking" the proposal development and successful installation of service offerings;
• Exceptional ability to motivate and influence the key client contacts and decision makers;
• Proven expertise to develop relationships from a cold call or networking activity;
• Consistent, year on year, high performance track record;
