Define objectives for sales team and individuals and ensure that senior management and other involved parties buy into these;
Help formulate the sales strategy, with focus on the development and expansion of market share and sales for the various product lines;
Ensure territory plans add up to Sales Force Target;
Coach and review hospital and action planning on a quarterly basis and align projects with franchise strategies;
Review sales call planning and coach teammembers in call preparation including interview questions to uncover needs;
Carry out field visits and review rigorous implementation of action plans;
Check reporting of call outcomes and update of call planning;
Ensure quality of customer information updates in Advantis+ and review active projects on a monthly basis;
Synchronize Advantis+ at least three times a week;
Explain, help implement and follow up Healthcare Compliance rules;
Contribute to the profitability of the company
Prepare, manage and monitor the budget
Take price strategy into consideration during negotiations
Maintain external contacts with surgeons, key opinion leaders, operating theater management, hospital boards and the management of healthcare organizations;
Maintain internal contacts with the Business Unit Manager, Marketing Manager, Healthcare Management department, the management of support departments and colleagues from other, international sites.
Communicate with the Marketing department about important market-related information, the activities of competitors, opportunities and obstacles;
Share information with international clients, at SMOs, district meetings and sales meetings
Be a great inspiror and coach for the team
We are looking for an inspiring manager with strong managerial capabilities and proven coaching skills.
Strong in sales analytics and eager to develop and motivate people.
Preferably master degree or equivalent through experience
The desired educational background : business administration, economics or marketing.
At least 5 year experience in an international sales marketing environment is required.
Languages : Excellent : French, English Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
