Sales Manager

As Sales manager for flagship store, you will actively participate in the planning and development of the business; event planning and execution; public relations; customer service; and social marketing activities while partnering with the brand founder and corporate office to ensure consistent brand representation and sales goals are met and exceeded.

· Create and maintain a positive environment focused on achieving sales and profit goals.

· Achieve results through the team using company products and programs.

· Deliver a superior level of customer service is given at all times.

· Oversee and implement all merchandising and visual displays.

· Assist with product show preparation.

· Plan and execute events.

· Coach, train, motivate and lead by example using a high degree of professionalism.

· Consistently develop strategies and events to improve performance and increase sales.

· Develop positive relationships with team and address individual needs and concerns.

· Recruit, hire and develop top sales and management professionals, and build an active candidate file.
